Macro of a Snowflake, kind of

I was doing a craft for a homeschool lesson post I am writing for Blissfully Domestic.  We grew snowflakes to talk about how a snowflake is formed (I will share the link when the post is live on that site).

I just loved how the snowflake turned out.

Snowflake

I should have slapped on more macro attachments to see just how close I could get, but Charley and Little Lady were also fascinated by the snowflake and I had to get a shot quick.  This is actually the only shot I got of it before little fingers whisked it off.
