Ghost Footprints

blog 093 Send your friends and family a “spook-tacular” Halloween card.  I know, I know.  But admit it, it was cute.  Your kids will ABSOLUTELY love to do this with you!  Take off their shoes and paint the bottom of one foot white.  You will need to put a lot of paint on there.  Next, press their foot on some colored paper to make a foot print.  When the paint dries, paint little eyes and a mouth to create a ghost.  The outcome is really cute and one of a kind.  My son got a big kick out of doing this project.  I wanted to keep one to look back on, but he said no.  He wants to send his cards to Grandma and Great Grandma in Texas.  These make great Halloween cards for friends, family, and especially classmates.  Maybe your kids will let you keep one.  :-)  Try it.

What is the most you have ever spent on a card for any occasion?

  1. SUPER cute!!!! We just moved 11 states away from our family and where we have lived all our life. I'am always trying to keep the kids as close and active with our family especially now that we have moved. What a cute little card/keepsake to send back home to the grandparents. Thanks for the great idea :)

  3. That's funny, because you guys are my outlet to the outside world. I like to think of this site as a playdate where the moms actually just sit around and talk and don't have to referee sharing, or worry about fighting, biting, hitting, climbing, or breaking. While I am writing this now my son is yelling to my daughter (13 months) that she cannot look at him. It is just another day, thank you for my little break, back to kiddie-land. ;-)
