Kitchen Tip: Saving cheese

Does your cheese get hard and crusty spots in the fridge?  No matter how tight you try to wrap it, it can still happen.  Rub your cheese with a little bit of butter.  All you need is a light coat to make a barrier and protect your cheese.  Try it!
